Virginia governor to speak at international trade workshop on March 3
Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell will speak on March 3 at a workshop on international trade of agricultural products in Norfolk, Va. Extension launches Master Food Volunteer program

College of Agriculture and Life Sciences appoints leader for agricultural technology program
Virginia Tech’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences has named Pavli Mykerezi of Blacksburg, Va., director of the agricultural technology program. Turkey Genome Sequencing Consortium awarded grant from United States Department of Agriculture
